This seems to be a good space saving exercise bike. Assembly isn't difficult and all the parts were there. Very well packed with nothing wrong. It took me a little under 30 minutes to assemble but hey, I'm 66 with mild arthritis so it takes me a bit longer to get up from kneeling on the floor. I tried it out. Love the adjustment wheel. You can go from barely any resistance to quite a bit. The pulse monitor is a good indicator, especially for people who are little older and want to make sure they don't go over their target range. You can work to your capacity. The seat is fairly comfortable and cushioned well. It's really quiet too. I was surprised at that because most exercise bikes are a bit noisy but this one isn't. I think it's a good value for a non commercial type of exercise bike and I hope to get a lot of use out of it. I ordered a pad to go underneath, just to protect the floor and keep the bike stable.
