I’m very shy posting photos but I couldn’t not share my progress so far! I am currently following the 21 day fix diet and exercise program and have been wearing this band every single workout and I AM IN LOVE! This has made my progress faster and more prominent! I can’t believe how quickly this has helped target my lower tummy and love handles! I have done 21 day fix before and stopped from not seeing significant results but I truly believe this band has helped me. Only thing I have negative to say is it slips a little bit while moving around so much BUT it’s from allllllll the sweat which is a good thing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💪🏼 10/10 would recommend this with the gel!
