I bought this unit a few months ago and had eventually had an issue with it. I posted my review online and was immediately contacted by their customer service team. They asked me of my issue and sent out a brand new machine! Not only did they contact me a couple days after delivery (free delivery) but they also contacted me again tonight asking how the diffuser was working out! I've had this unit for 2 weeks now and love it. The colors are wonderful. My children love to play around with the different colors. It puts out a great scent- just be sure to not fill it up all the way. It won't leave room for it to be able to circulate the water/oil mixture enough to create the humidity. Fill it up halfway and it works great. Also, the plug-in fits both ways into my outlets, but only works one way. So if you have trouble with it, try flipping it to the other side! It's small enough to fit behind my alarm clock of my bedside table. The sounds of the water trickling inside, the scents, and the colors are perfect for night night time! And the humidity (note- not meant for it to be a full room humidifier)is good for the sinuses :) I even put it in different rooms of the house for different reasons. Eucalyptus oils for my kids when they get sick, lavender for down time, orange for UP time! I definitely recommend!
