So it's kind of cumbersome in the sense that you have to have completely clear floor space in front of it to roll it in place. I had to move the seat taller to put on stand because the reflector got in the way. It's a little wobbly but I would not say I'm concerned about it toppling, you'd have to bump it pretty hard but I'm not saying it isn't isn't impossible to topple. For$60 I'm not sure I love it, but I'm petite and I have neck problems, I can't lift my bike onto any other rack. This is not the easiest thing for me to do but only time will tell if it hurts me to move the bike into position. I also have to make the seat taller every time I put it on the rack otherwise because I'm short, the seat is too short to actually set onto the rack. I do love it, and would buy again, my only other option was to hang it from the ceiling and that would have been a pain to only lift it three feet from the ground.
