I have back shoulder and neck pain. I have tried a few other messagers and they didn’t work. So I was hesitant to try this one. But I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did. It works great. It makes my neck and back feel so good. I use it twice a day everyday. It’s amazing how well it works. It gives me a deep deep message .you can put it where every you want and let it do the work. It has a nice warmth to it. I really like the way your arms go into it so you can hold it that way and still use your hands to read a book or play on your tablet It works just like it says it does.
