Bought for my elderly dad who suffers from sciatica so this review is based on his experience with the item. It worked well and he liked the different power settings. But after just five weeks, it fell apart and stopped working. Was going to return it but the return period had just passed. So I’m out $40 and need to find another one. Update: After posting my review, the seller Renpho (Ann) reached out to me on the same day and made things right by sending a replacement massager immediately, which I received the next day. Although the first one did not last as long as it should have, they made up for it with their excellent customer service. Hopefully the replacement will last longer. This is an example of how business should be done. I highly recommend Renpho. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars! Thank you very much.
