I am the type of person that is always cold and uncomfortable, and will wake up regularly in the middle of the night because of this. This blanket for me is the perfect antidote. Very warm and soft without being heavy. A good weight, it covers me and my husband without us fighting over the blanket all night. I sleep just with this blanket and no sheet and I don't get cold. I live in NYC and so far it's holding up with 40 F nights so well, I feel I could probably sleep with just this blanket and a light sheet in the dead of winter (18 F nights).
