I am a big guy, 330lbs at 6'0", 58" hips - and my weight while a large part (get it, hehe, large, snicker) of my issues, sadly isn't even my primary one. To date, both knees and one hip replaced, both shoulders rebuilt, CTS on both wrists, and am on blood thinners for life. While this tool is not yet *needed*, I jumped at the chance when offered a free test unit. This is the only one I have tried, so I can't compare it against others to say which might be better, etc - but what I can offer, is my perspective from that from a large man's viewpoint. My concern, and my reason for jumping at the chance to test this is because my loving wife (don't laugh now) is all of 4' 11.5" tall (with shoes on) and there is no way in hell (or God's green earth) that She could either pick me up, or be an anchor-point for me, or, simply lift me off the toilet seat. Personally, I would rather avoid a 911 call simply because I can't get off the toilet. Can you see the point here? Ok, the nitty-gritty. Easy for me to put together. Easy for me to use. As I have good days and bad days, we have decided simply to leave it in place all the time. It does't bug my lovely wife at all, and even though (as I said earlier) I am a big guy, it doesn't get in my way either, but it's there if needed. If we happen to have friends coming over, it takes me all of five minutes to move it into the closet of my 'puter room. Yes, currently I am exceeding the weight limit, but I am hoping to continue to lose weight (my high was 409). That said, this also does not feel fragile either. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments, as I do answer as quickly as I can. My opinions are my own, regardless of the fact that I received this sample for free. Five stars because I believe the price to be more than fair for the value, and the product works well, simply, and without confusion, all of which are pluses in my book.
