I was looking for an exercise machine that I could use at home that would help me get the most out of my workouts. I have chronic back pain and I was looking for something to also help with that. The Rumblex by LifePro really caught my eye, so I decided to try it. It works by forcing muscles to be constantly contracting. It has 3 motors that make the plate vibrate, oscillate like a seesaw, and move side to side. It can be set to do 7 combinations of those movements. This is more advanced than other vibration plates that I have looked into. The plate comes with a power cord that snaps into place so it doesn’t wiggle out while the machine is moving around. There are 2 resistance bands that easily attach to the front of the machine and they can be used for various exercises. The remote control that comes with it is so nice! It is attached to one of those slap bracelets so it stays in place and it’s comfortable to wear. It makes it very easy and convenient to control the board while working out. The remote lets you control every function on the board that I want to during my workouts. When not in use, there is a place to store the remote on the board. There is also 4 smaller resistant bands and an exercise mat that come in handy during different workouts. It was very easy to set up and use. It has rubber feet, so even on non carpeted surfaces, the plate stays in place. There is an option to manually pick the mode you want to use or let the plate automatically run through the three different routines already programmed into it. You also have the ability to change the speed of the movements. On the side there is a little roller that makes it easier to move the plate around when storing it. Also, a really neat feature is that it has LED lights on the side of the board that change colors to show the intensity of your activity. And best of yet, you can connect your phone or whatever using Bluetooth so that you can have nice sounding music when exercising. Overall, I have enjoyed using the Rumblex during my workouts. I feel like it has really made me step up my workout game. I can already tell that my core is getting stronger. I will definitely continue to use this as a part of my exercise regime.
