I suffer from central pain syndrome after having a stroke. I am on multiple pain medications but I still have a great deal of pain. I ordered this to see if I could get some relief. I opened it and it was full ...to the very top. More than most products.. The next thing I noticed was it had no smell. So many products claim to be odor free, but aren't. This is truly odor free I took some out and rubbed it on my shoulder. It didn't have a greasy feel to it at all. It didn't have that cold icy feel. The pain relief began right away. It was truly amazing. It didn't have a warm or burning sensation. I tried it on my knee that was damaged in my stroke. Normally the knee will ache and throb most of the time and when it rains the pain is enough to cause a nauseated feeling. I rubbed a small amount on my knee and with in a few minutes my knee wasn't hurting. This product is a miracle. I just ordered the larger container.
