*** update *** As soon as my review went live, the seller immediately contacted me to replace the umbrella. They emailed me there apologies for shipping a defective umbrella and let me know that another one was on its way. I received it a couple of days ago and it worked perfectly fine. Their quick response to the issue and their great customer service was awesome. 2/3/18 Zero stars! Piece of crap umbrella! I bought this umbrella to replace my 5yr old umbrella that was on its way out and this umbrella sat on my desk for 3 months until I was finally ready to use it and the first time I open it up all the sticks under the umbrella break off. And the worst part is that since i had it there for 3 months before opening it, i missed the return window by 10 days and now I'm stuck with it.
