Terrific - A tip on dust under the protector
. About the reviews where people complain about the protector coming off the phone: 1. First, the glass edges of the GalaxyIII have a round bevel so if the protector is not well centered, a rigid protector cannot follow the bevel, leaving the edges of the protector poorly sealed to the glass. 2. Use a case like the Amzer Gel Case to prevent the edge of the protector from catching on pocket liners or stuff in your purse. The snap-on hard shell cases that leave the top and bottom ends of the screen exposed are not the best for this. Dust: Even after careful cleaning with the Micro-Fiber cloth provided, avoiding dust under the protector is always the hardest part of installation. I got this protector installed on the first try buy I had to go back to wash-out a dust spec . . as follows . . This always works for me . . . Peal the protector back -part way- to expose the area with the dust spot. Hold the phone so you can run the kitchen faucet on the back side of the protector and rub the back with your thumb to flush off the dust. Then let the protector fall back into position (while still wet) and push out the bubbles and water with the tool provided. For a stubborn bubble: If there is a bubble that won't push out with the tool, drag the top of your fingernail firmly across the bubble; this will concentrate more pressure on the problem spot. In spite of 2 stubborn dust bubbles, my installaton was perfect when completed. When you first install the protector, you may see some reflective anomolies in the screen where greater pressure was applied to work out a bubble. These pressure patterns disappear after about 2 days leaving the surface reflectively perfectly flat. Don't drown your phone.
