This item comes with 1 standard size bottle, 1 sippy spout nipple and 1 handle. If you're like me and already own way too many Dr Brown's bottles as it is, just buy the sippy spout nipples themselves (2 come in a pack, and you're very likely to need more than 1 nipple anyways - at least I did), and you can also buy the handle separate as well (you only need one of those - they slip on and off the bottles pretty easily). I didn't need yet another bottle, and it is the exact same bottle as the ones that come with the blue vent (probably the green vent too, although I only own the blue vents). Just take the blue vent out completely, and re-use those bottles.
