So happy I ordered this!
I don't understand the negative reviews. It comes with a booklet where you can scan a barcode and a video pops up with instructions on how to use. There's also drink recipes too which is a nice bonus. It wasn't time consuming like someone wrote. They're ICE TRAYS, pretty simple. I totally recommend and I may just order more as gifts for Christmas.
