I love this skirt! It's super cute and I already have several different outfits it fits with. The waistband is stretchy, so if you aren't sure if you should go up in size you'll probably be fine if you don't. I live in a pretty windy area so I also appreciate that little under slip. The rest of the skirt might going flying in the wind, but it stays in place mostly and keeps my modesty lol. For reference, I'm 5'9" and weigh about 145 pounds and the size medium fit perfectly.
