Now I love this! I have extremely sensitive teeth and so I was using $30 prescription tooth paste. Now that prescription toothpaste still made my teeth hurt. So I switched to charcoal and not only is there no pain it has whited my teeth! Now on how to open this jar! If you just open the jar it's going to explode everywhere because of the pressure. You need to open the lid and poke tiny holes in the foil. Then slowly peel the foil back and you will have no explosion or spillage. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!!! Not because it's bad for them but because they get it everywhere lol!!! 😂😂😂
