I bought two of these retractable leashes, and had a great first experience walking my 2 kids (2 pitbulls 90 lbs & 70 lbs). Before the second walk the big one chewed up the tape. Tim from Tug Pet Products emailed me about receiving the product and after explaining, he sent me a new replacement.
