I don't often add personal pics but wanted to help other women figure out what size to purchase. I am a 36DD and as you cannplainly see I am currently carrying a bit of extra weight...ok a lot, lol. Regardless, I purchased LARGE and it fits perfectly. Very snug but not uncomfortable. I feel secure and no spillage of breast underarm or back fat (sorry could not capture it but trust the bra locks everything in place. I'm an avid tennis player, distant walker and when in shape run. Of all these activties I would say the latter, running, raises a little concern due to the amount of elasticity so may produce greater bounce than what you runners may prefer.
