I have breastfed 3 kids in 3 years and I can not express how much fenugreek has helped me through my journey. I had twins first and struggled so much with my supply - I tried everything! But then a lactation consultant told me to try this, so I did. Within days of taking it my milk nearly doubled. I dont know if I would have been able to keep breastfeeding without taking fenugreek when I had dips in my supply. This product has 5 stars in my eyes and I hope everyone else that uses it has as much luck as I have.
