My Brother and I assembled this in about 2 hours with no issues except my battery powered drill dying before we had finished putting some of the screws in that had to go through the few pieces of metal on it. It seems rather cheap til you get it together and then you see it is really sturdy. Once together it's pretty tough. Update: Several years later and no leaks, cracks or issues.
