Okay so this collar was totally a last resort. Our dog is big, dumb, and stubborn. Walking him on a leash before today was basically him dragging me down the road while choking the life out of himself. This collar arrived today and we used it for the first time tonight. To say I'm happy with the results is a massive understatement. We started with the beep to get him to come, the first couple of times he ignored it. I followed his ignoring the beep with the vibration and that really gor his attention. Long story short, the big dummy & I walked for 45 minutes tonight and by the end of the walk he was at my pace, right by my side. I only resorted to the shock setting one time at 50%, and every time after that the beep brought him back to my side. This collar is worth every penny!
