I found out about Rhodiola Rosea watching a documentary on brain function and tried a different brand for 3 months and was impressed with the outcome. Some of the effects are, admittedly, subtle. Finding out that Double Wood now had their own version, and having tried and been pleased with their other products, I decided to try theirs. I'm so glad I did. I was on anti-depressants for many years, and NEVER did they offer the desired effect that Double Wood Rhodiola Rosea has. I can truly tell that it's superior to the initial brand I tried and is even better than I had hoped. If you're on the fence, do yourself a potential life long favor and try it!
