READ!!! If you have Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I'm a 29yr old female diagnosed with fibromyalgia 5 years ago. When I say I have tried EVERYTHING to keep myself healthy, literally everything. I have my pain managed "pretty" well, but the extreme fatigue and flu feeling has been debilitating. I've been at the point where I've told my general dr, my rheumatologist, and neurologist that if they don't help me, I'm literally on the verge of trying cocaine just to be "normal" and have energy to work full time. I told them all i was dead serious-that's how desperate I am:/ This D-ribose was my LAST RESORT the healthy and legal way. I read amazing reviews but of course, was very skeptical because I've never heard of this to help and my doctors never mentioned it. I have to say, it's definitely the best thing I've tried!! I just started two weeks ago and can see a huge improvement in my energy and have had less days of flu feeling. It's not a magic pill but I swear it's the closest thing to it! I've never written a review for anything but felt the need to help others if I can. Listed below are some things that have helped me and I find vital for FM & Chronic fatigue syndrome. 1. Lyrica 2. Cymbalta 3. ZMA fuel by TwinLab(soooo important!!) 4. D-Ribose by Bulk Supplements(vital) 5. Flexeril 10mg(vital) 6. Eat clean/raw/organic fruits & veggies 7. Yoga 8. Good bedding(vital) I have the MyPillow and a bamboo pillow-the new one called Hotel Collection 9. Feather/down or memory foam bed topper from Overstock.com 10. Good shoes! Clarks are amazing or anything with cushion/memory foam. YES, ITS EXPENSIVE HAVING AN ILLNESS! So far, I highly reccomend this product.
