I used this grinder twice so far and it performs as it should. The first time I ground 10 lbs of pork to make sausage and this grinder performed well. The second time I ground 10 lbs of venison to make summer sausage and again it worked as it should. Like most any grinder, the meat should be extremely cold and the parts to the grinder should be put in the freezer before use. This is a small grinder intended for home use and it handles this job fine. This grinder is not intended for large jobs or commercial use, but does great for home use.
