This product saved me $140. I had scheduled a profession service to clean my interior dryer vent which was vented to the roof of my house. They were going to charge me $140. I searched Amazon.com for products that had 4 to 5 review star rating. I needed at least 20 to 25 feet to clean the entire length of my vent duct. The 12 foot brush/rod package contains 4 - 2 foot flexible rods and a 4 inch brush. I had also purchased the 12 foot extension rods (4 - 3 foot flexible rods) with Amazon's suggested "also bought." product prompt. I found both the 2 and 3 foot rods flexible, yet stiff enough to clean the entire 21 feet of my dryer vent. The instructions on the package were very helpful in the use of their product which included placing duct tape around the junctions of each rod to prevent accidental unscrewing of the rods while using a variable speed drill. Suggestion: Secure the brush head to one of the cleaning rods by placing two strips of about 8 inch folded-over duct tape in the shape of an 'X' over the head of the brush and between the groves of the brush; then secure those 2 strips with another strip of duct tape around the rod.
