I am the type of person who has never liked a garden hose. I think they are dirty and heavy and difficult to work with. When the new expandable hoses came out I was quite excited. I've used them for a number of years now and love them - except for the fact that they really don't last all that long. I've gone through several of them and just had another one burst when my friend showed me her new Bionic Steel hose she just bought. So I bought one for me and so far I am loving it. It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver and I don't feel like I get so dirty rolling it back up like I always did with the rubber hoses of the past. Now I'm just hoping it lasts a lot longer than the expandable hoses do....time will tell on that part but for right now I'm very satisfied with it.
