I am putting together a workout room in my basement and have done extensive research into these pull up bar towers. I am 6’4”, 225 lbs, with a 7’9” ceiling in my basement. I needed something adjustable at lower heights, which this tower does perfectly. This is the tower for us big boys. It holds strong and doesn’t shake when I do pull ups. The extra add ons are cool, but I mainly use it for the pull up bar. The only annoying part is the back pad is slightly restricting during pull ups but it’s not a structural piece so I’ll likely just remove it. Highly recommend.
