I am recovering from a grade 3 AC separation and I want this to hold my shoulder together while I sleep and work out. So far it seems to fit well, it is very adjustable, and keeps my shoulder supported. I put a piece of foam inside the top to put downward pressure on the AC joint, that seems to be working. This is a great value for the money. I also wanted to give the sizing for other buyers, I found it on the manufacturer's website.
