I recommend this to everyone
This is the only thing that keep me from having herpes outbreaks. I recommend this to everyone. I take about 20 pellets a day and do not increase my dose. I have been taking this for years now and it hasn't decreased in efficacy. So much safer than the antivirals on the market that hurt your liver.
