All the materials for the zipline seem top quality. The instructions were quite challenging to follow however. The written instructions that were included had sections that seemed opposite of another section, so we were quite confused about how to install the zipline. Then we saw a QR code so we scanned it on our phone and got a video which offered a 3rd set of instructions. We finally put our heads together and figured it out. One thing that is NOT mentioned anywhere is that you will need a ratchet with strong straps to pull the cable tight enough to take out the slack between the start and end points. Not even the HULK could pull the slack out by himself. Over all, the product is awesome and good sturdy quality. My grand kids and their friends have loved zipping on the zipline. I would like to encourage the company to re-write the instructions into a concise, understandable step-by-step instruction manual...and don't leave out any steps (including the ratchet and straps which are not included).
