This is a smallish bag of pure Stevia, you MUST be careful when opening each time because it is small particles of sweetener that can disperse easily into the air. THE BEST THING is how little of this you really need- buy tiny measuring spoons - I use 1 1/2 TSP of this for an entire gallon Jug of tea! I had to use more than a cup of the Walmart brand "Stevia" which isn't even mostly stevia!!! Look at the label of all your sweetners from the store, you will be shocked to see that Stevia is not the first ingredient listed, meaning not the majority of the product is stevia. They put other sweetners in to cut the sweetness so they use less of the expensive product - Stevia - use this Stevia instead it seems pricey, but you use so little that is far cheaper in the long run!!!
