Mine just arrived, so I know nothing of the long term durability, etc. Overall impression: yummy, comfy, stylish, sturdy not a high end luxury leather recliner but an excellent value, perfect for those of us that would rather spend our money enjoying ourselves than on expensive furniture. Pros: 1) I assembled it by myself in less than 5 minutes. It took me longer to get the pieces out of the boxes (2 boxes) that to assemble the chair. Really couldn't be simpler. Everything worked right out of the box. 2) good looking, simple but nice 3) Very comfortable and roomy for my 5'8" 145lb body. 4) Swivels and reclines just fine. 5) I don't recall seeing in the ad that it rocks, but mine sure does. Bonus! Quibbles: 1) There's a little handle you have to pull to raise the footrest rather than a handle on the outside that you pull or push. A little awkward but no big deal. 2) The massage is just okay, some pressure but not a lot. It is relaxing but not much of a massage. Leg massage is almost nonexistent, but the back and lumbar sections are pretty good. 3) The heat cannot be on without the massage also being on. 4) Cup holders will fit a can or bottle, but not a coffee mug or my whisky glass!
