I have probably bought thousands of dollars of merchandise over the years from third-party Amazon Marketplace sellers. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this one. You need to keep that in mind when making the buying decision: you're not just buying a set of blinds, you're buying the services of a company. The (figurative) ink was hardly dry on my order when they contacted me wanting to make sure they provided exactly what we want. I've had sellers respond to complaints or inquiries in the past, but never had one contact me proactively at their own initiative like this. For blinds that need to fit within a window frame, they offer to get it accurate to a quarter of an inch. We ended up not accepting any of their offers for customization, but were impressed with the gesture. Then after the order arrived, it turned out we had to return one item, and I placed an order for a replacement. Again I immediately heard back; they offered to send a replacement free without my returning the original. When I responded that we had already shipped the return, they told me that if we had any further issues, we should contact them directly. (Probably what we should have done in the first place, but we didn't realize the level of helpfulness to expect.) Oh, and I guess I should mention that we like the blinds too. They look good, were easy to install, and are easy to raise and lower. If 5 stars means we're completely satisfied and can't think of any way to improve, they deserve 6 or even 7.
