I have used this for years. This is by far the best brow pencil ever and I have tried them all. You can use this with or without primer and it'll stay. I can't say enough good things about it. Try it, you'll love it. However. The price is INSANE. I could never figure out how I ran out of it so fast so when I got my new one in the mail, I twisted it up all the way to see how much product you get. If this stuff is 20 bucks you must get a lot, right? NOPE. There is ONE INCH of product inside the liner.Even crappy drugstores give you a good amount of product. Believe me, I completely understand prestige brands (I have shopped at Sephora for 7 years) and why they cost so much but this is insane. Even if you only use it a few times a week, you'll need to buy a new one. This makes me so sad cause this pencil is a godsend. I can't justify spending that much every couple months so I am going to return it and get the new Dip Brow instead. Maybe it'll actually last more than 2 days. Buy this if you have a steady income. If not, I highly suggest you don't buy it cause you'll be devastated when you see how amazing it is and realize you'll have to take out a second mortgage on your house to afford a 1 inch long skinny pencil every month :[
