Relief from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis pain
I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. The only medication through a medical doctor that has helped me is high doses of steroids. Those high doses cannot be taken for long periods of time, so when off the steroids, I'm left with debilitating muscle and joint pain. I have tried so many things both holistically and medically with little or no results. After my sister read an article about the benefits of Turmeric, she urged me to try it. I set out doing research as I always do before trying something new. I decided what I needed to search for in a good quality turmeric supplement, so with my list in hand I set out to find it. My health food stores did not have supplements that met the requirements of my list, so I turned to the internet. Thankfully, I found this Turmeric Curcumin product made by Bioschwartz. It met my rigorous list requirements, so I was thrilled. Now to the benefits of taking the supplement, to be honest, I started taking it with skepticism because nothing had even touched my pain up to this point except the steroids, but I ventured forward anyway because I'm determined that there's got to be something out there to help me. On day five of taking three pills a day, I felt different. I didn't hurt as bad as usual and I even had a little more energy. I thought it was too good to be true. I even doubted and thought it was working just because I wanted it to work. Psychology plays tricks on us sometimes giving the good response we so desperately want. I took my good day with a grateful heart and didn't think too much about it. The next day, day six, I didn't feel quite as good as day five, but still better than I was. My pain tends to roller coaster with good days and bad days. I vowed to keep going and finish the bottle. Now, I'm almost to day 30 and feel a lot better than before I started the supplement. Yes I still have pain and yes I'm still tired, but I'm better than I was. My plan for the second bottle is to up the dose to six pills a day, which is the maximum dosage suggested. I'd like to see if I can get even better results. Even if I don't see any more relief with the added dose, it's worth staying on because some relief is better than no relief. Thank you Bioschwartz for making this high quality product with just the "good stuff" and no added fillers and non-GMO ingredients. Those things are very important to me when searching for supplements. I have my husband starting on the supplements to aid in his tendinitis. I will be spreading the news about this particular brand. Thanks again!!
