I had to write to attempt to counteract some bad reviews... For starters, this is not the enema to buy because you're constipated. This is for a very specific consumer. If you don't understand what I mean by that, this product isn't for you, Linda. "Poop gets in the holes." Um, gross. Like I said, this isn't for constipation. You should already be taking care of yourself. This is for using in the 10 minutes before your Scruff date arrives. If you were already backed up, you shouldn't've been swiping. This is the perfect size with the perfect amount of water to get railed all night with confidence. Others have too little (ineffective) or too much (those shower shots, which I'm guilty of purchasing in the past myself, can mess with your second sphincter and actually make problems a lot worse). As for the leaking and saying it spills all over the floor... the nozzle should be in the bulb not so that it is flush with the bulb, but so that it is recessed ever so slightly. That extra 1/8 inch in creates the seal.
