I bought this to add to my homemade olive oil soap because castor oil helps make more suds, which is helpful when I'm using my soap as shaving soap. I recently sprained a few of the toes on my left foot and decided to try a castor oil pack to help my toes heal. I applied the castor oil to a cloth, wrapped it in plastic and placed a heating pad on top. 90 minutes later, I removed the oil pack and was shocked to discover that the bruising was almost gone! Castor oil is amazing! I think it hurts less too. I uploaded a photo that shows before and after images of my bruised foot. Now I'm interested in seeing what else this amazing oil can do.
