All I can say is, "Ahhhhhhhhhh!" A perfectly amazing invention that is so simple yet so wonderful. I use it all the time at my desk and it is like having a constant spa for your feet. Do NOT wear socks with this great foot rest or you will miss the comforting texture and softness. I suffer with chronic lower back pain. This foot rest has absolutely helped to curb my bouts with back pain. I can sit for so much longer without having to stop and walk around. I also like the fact that I can very comfortably lean back in my office chair without having to flex my legs so hard. A super product. Cannot recommend it enough!
