I am 94 yrs old and live alone. Have been troubled with lower back pain, to the point where I could not do any cleaning for more than half an hour without having to sit down because of the pain. I sent for this brace and cannot believe how much it helps. I put it on and start my cleaning and do not sit down til lunch time. After lunch I go back to my cleaning and no pain. I then finish my cleaning, or sit down for my evening meal.I usually, get my cleaning done in 1 day with no sitting down and no pain. I also go up and down my basement stairs to do my washing,using the brace and hand rail, again, no pain.
