I've this product for 30 days today. It has worked very well and exceeded my expectations until last night. I was air frying wing quarters when all of a sudden it completely shut off (Screen turned completely blank). I figured that it had just became too hot. I unplugged it and waited until this morning to plug it back in and viola........ nothing happened. I thought maybe it tripped a circut breaker, but nope. So now I have a wonderful non-working air fryer. I will update when I call customer service. **UPDATE** It is now 2 months later and I still do not have my replacement. In October I was told that they would not have any in stock until the middle of November, in November I was told that they wouldn't have any in stock until the middle of December. Here it is, the middle of December and I still have not heard anything thing from them. At this point, they should have sent me an update or something. I should not have to keep contacting them to find out what is happening.
