I have the T10 and was really in live with them and when I saw that they released T12, I had to upgrade :) These T12's are really easy to get in and out of the ear and they stick in perfectly. Sound quality is definitely improved! The touch feature is something that I need to get use too. I also have a Tozo wireless charger which makes charging really easy. TOZO's customer service is amazing as well! You won’t be disappointed :)
