Been using the Berry flavor and it's really delicious. Originally bought to get benefits of more fruits and vegetables. However, for me, this product has had far greater benefits than I imagined. 1 scoop in 8 ozs. Organic apple juice once daily, gone is the bloating that used to plague me, especially after meals, I eat more regularly and I've lost about 8 lbs in the past month and a half. Will never be without this. More energy and overall well being. Love Orgain Orgaincs Superfood Berry! ALSO NO STIVIA AND NO SPIRULINA, neither of which have ever agreed with me.
