I knew from reviews on similar lights these wouldn't give off a lot of light and would be more for decoration but that is exactly what I wanted. The extra length on the string lets you put the solar panel in just the right place. The solar panel is small enough to be discrete but feels solid enough to last also. My lights come on at dusk around 8 and are still on at 5 in the morning. I bought three strands and each is working great. May by more for other parts of the yard. Perfect lights to add a little ambiance to the yard.
