Tip: take cap off and remove the stoppers before you take it in the shower! I cut the crap out of my finger trying to get the cap off with my prune fingers, BUT I love that this company put a little plastic stopper in so during shipping your product doesn’t explode on everything!! Tip 2: READ the DIRECTIONS!!! Shampoo and conditioner should be kept in for a few minutes. I read so many reviews of people only using this once and being disappointed, I bet they didn’t leave the product in. I cannot speak long term because I’ve used this product once, but my immediate result was complete hydration. I’ve been struggling for months with staticky hair, I’ve even been soaking my hair in olive oil and coconut oil... one treatment with this and my static is gone!!! I may be in love
