I bought thus aromatherapy diffuser in Jun and all the sudden stopped working.I posted my rating yesterday which indicated that the diffuser don’t work after 5 months. The customer representative emailed me within 24 hours that they saw my review and they want to replace the broken diffuser without sending back the old one. On the same day I got another email that the new diffuser is on the way. Wow! That’s call excellent customer service! Thank you InnoGear for your fantastic and fast action . Honestly I can’t live without this diffuser it is life safer for me.
