I have tried other L-Argenine products to aid in my workout, but Havasu is the one I keep going back to, as this product actually does work, and I can tell the difference. My recovery time is shorter and my muscles are more defined . Since I started taking this product, after discussing it with my cardiologist, I am no longer on blood pressure medication as this has also regulated my bp. I recommend this to anyone. 💯
