I have read that some people have developed lines or their facial lines become worse after using the tool. To prevent this you need to isolate the muscle. You isolate your muscle by using your fingers at the spots that tend to wrinkle. Let's say you want to work the sides of your mouth, place your finger at each side of the mouth with a bit of firmness. Plus I started drinking more water to keep my skin hydrated. Try her 1st. Take a before picture. Then do an after pic in about 2 weeks for the facial flex. If you try Patricia's exercise take a picture in about 1 week of doing it consistently. Facerobics on youtube is another one that is ok-ish but too complicated for me. I want simple.
