I'm one whose prone to cavities and bleeding gums. My husband (a dentist) says its due to my sugar addiction, but what does he know. I began using the Closys products a few years ago per my hygienist's recommendation. I use both the toothpaste and the mouthwash. Since that time, cavities and bleeding gums have decreased significantly. I love the mouthwash because the mint flavor is very subtle. Plus, it isn't loaded down with excess alcohol and artificial sweetness which leaves my mouth burning and my brain craving a chocolate bar. I use it twice a day and it freshens my breath, cleans my mouth, and changes the pH to an environment that cavities dislike. Win win.
