I am a heavy traveler and this bag has been my go to bag for a little over a year now. When I am travelling through airports everyone asks me where did I purchase this bag and I hope whoever is selling this has gotten referrals from me. There are a couple of things that could be improved but don't warrant me reducing the star count at all. One the main over the shoulder strap is far too long. I am 6'1 (185cm) and this bag will trail beneath my knee if the straps are not adjusted. The reason this is a little bothersome is that when the straps are adjusted they tend to gradually fall back down. Some cows would be saved if you cut about 3-5 inches off of the straps. Also a zipper pouch inside of the bag would be a great addition. I see in the reviews that people complained about the smell. I didn't encounter any smell that is outside of the norm for a real leather bag and realistically why would one buy a real leather bag if they didn't like the smell of leather? The smell wasn't overbearing even at delivery and a little over a year later it's actually quite pleasant. Another word to the seller is you should find a good leather conditioner and add an option to purchase it as a bundle with the bag. You are leaving money on the table as you really do have a great product.
