Okay, I’m 246 pounds 5’4. VERY BUSTY (42H) I started with the 3X WITH EXTENDER. The only way I managed to get it on was to CLAMP (4 to 5) of THE FASTENERS STARTING FROM THE BOTTOM. STEP IN AND PULL IT UP OVER MY HIPS AND FINISH BUTTONING UP FROM THERE. It LOOKED GREAT but I knew I’d be miserable trying to sit down. SO I ORDERED A 5X no extender needed still looked great and felt comfortable even on the second tighter row. I’LL SAY THIS... IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY MORE THAN ONE SIZE AND EASILY PROCESS YOUR RETURN JUST DROPPING OFF THE ONE YOU DON’T WANT AT A KOHL’S THAT HANDLES AMAZON RETURNS IT WOULD BE DEFINITELY BUT WORTH IT! IVE NEVERRR WORN A WAIST TRAINER BUT FOR THIS SPECIAL OCCASION I WANTED TO BE SNATCHEEDDD! THIS ONE IS FOR US FLUFFY/PLUSH GIRLS. We just have to put ours on differently. I normally cover up and wear more baggy clothing but HONEYYYYY you can’t tell me I’m not a whole SNACK now. Try it,LOVE! Definitely HIGH QUALITY! OH ALSO PAY ATTENTION THE “HIEGHT” WHEN ORDERING.
